  1. Certainly, I can suggest a wonderful module developed for the sole purpose of linking Presta to Wordpress via a simple install for both WP back-end and Presta back office: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/export/1174-prestashop-to-wordpress.html I created mine with a custom look and feel to it, which includes the shopping cart, product, top sellers, and category links both in the site sidebar and in the slider. I hope this helps, and best of luck!
  2. I'm currently taking a few offers for the site, but so far I'm getting the feeling that my asking price may be a little steep for most. So I've made the decision that I'll be cutting the offering price a little to see if that sweetens the deal a little I appreciate everyone's contact and feedback, I'm very happy to provide the lucky bidder a great website with all the best WP & Prestashop have to offer.
  3. Why thank you very much I'll PM you the asking price!
  4. I have developed a completely customizable and fully immersed website that can be utilized for any business: I have married the awesome capabilities of Wordpress content management AND Prestashop's powerful eCommerce utilities into a fully functional and enhanced website. The current content, images, logos, products, etc. are all for display purposes but should not be tested for purchasing because orders WILL BE PLACED. A holistic health and wellness company is currently utilizing the site for testing and renting purposes, but it has NOT been sold and will be granted complete ownership to the buyer. All documents and folders under the site will be fully transferable to the domain and host of your choosing (I will offer my services to assist in the transfer). From there, I will make sure your designer/webmaster will know all the ins-and-outs of how to maintain the site, but there shouldn't be any worry. Wordpress and Prestashop are complete management systems that provide user-friendly and visually based interfaces for any level of user to operate. Please contact me directly thru Prestashop OR my email (zmcqueary[at]gmail.com) to negotiate a price. I am available at a moment's notice so please ask any questions all plug-ins and modules are included in this purchase and will be made sure to work properly on your site. Includes: Wordpress content management system Separate Prestashop online store Prestashop + WP store widget (product, best selling, categories) Awesome Live Chat system with detailed specs and user demographics Main page post gallery, feature gallery, and featured video Featured gallery (recipe) plugin Poll widget Interactive 'Free Gifts' page with jQuery FlipBox Slider box navigation (coding needed) Interactive menus 'Click Me' Slider Cart menu on WP site (top right) 3 user feedback systems (testimonials page, user feedback page, default comments) Internal Text Auto-Links (not ads, but internal site for enhanced SEO) Donation Page Auto-Update Sitemap Page ..and much, much, much, much MORE! Serious considerations only please. Thanks for looking!
  5. Its true...looking back on this thread, I agree that it was very harshly and Prestashop was mistakenly blamed for my lack of both mentioning my custom code and I misinterpreted rocky for pointing this out. What seemed to happen was when applying CSS elements within the back-office product description editor, there were varying effects that seemed to save the code in a way which my custom tooltips were no longer working. It also could have been caused by conflicts in the themes CSS or other code conflicts that were unseen. Had I mentioned this earlier and gave a more direct root to the cause, much of this pointless outrage and useless finger-pointing could have been avoided. I'm glad you brought this to my attention after the fact; my apologies rocky and Prestashop, its a fine product with a hard-working group behind it.
  6. My apologies, Bewitching..and you're right..I myself had to make direct revisions to the smarty code to solve certain issues. Luckily, there are ways to mess with the translations in the back office to compensate for certain verbage in the front end.
  7. Ok...now I see why nobody is replying...because everything looks fine, and they probably think I'm a total idiot for this post. I tested in Safari and, yes, it seems perfectly fine. I tell you though, for some reason in FF (3.6.13)..its showing completely screwy (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE). As you can see, in my product list page, even without logging in...my prices are adding the tax to them. In the cart, its taking the regular sized items and not applying the tax...except the alternate sizes are getting a strange alteration to the cost (and I have no idea from what). Any ideas now? Thanks (I'm not crazy, I swear)
  8. Yeah, as I've come to notice...Presta can be very intuitive but there are cases where you really have to dig deep, look in unlikely places, or just get in the code and make it work for yourself! Glad it helped, you can mark this sucker solved Cheers mate
  9. Have you tried finding it in the Tools > Translations > (Language) > Find.. "shopping-cart" expressions and putting a blank space in the Total field(s)? Otherwise, I suggest doing a search in your blockcart folder for the text you're wanting to remove, and do so manually in the code. Though keep in mind if you ever update, this would have to be included or un-updated. I hope this helps, at least moreso than the previous responses (geez, some people)
  10. I am STILL having this issue, and even upgrading to the new version (1.3.7.0) does NOT help at all. My items in the product list are showing as tax included even if its selected as 'Tax Excluded' in the Back Office Default Group. ALSO, every time I add a product of a different size than the default, the cost goes ALL screwy in the cart...please, try adding a regular item to the cart, it shows the actual cost. A different size, and it adds .98 to the cost additionally...WTF?? PLEASE HELP! http://hopeforhealthusa.com/store/category.php?id_category=23
  11. No responses?...it would seem this would be an important feature to have to alter orders over a larger scale than having to do so manually in each instance. Any ideas, anyone??
  12. As the topic reads, I want to know if there is any way or any module that can set orders in the Back Office as 'Shipped' or change the status of orders over a large quantity rather than having to go into each individual order and altering the status manually. Thanks for your help! PSv1.3.5.0
  13. Yes, I'm well aware of that. That's the whole reason why I'm stumped...I have already set it in the back office as you can see in the attachment. I was toying with another tax option just recently, trying to set just certain items to tax A, while tax B applies to the rest...needless to say, it didn't work (but thats another thread). After that, and maybe I just didn't notice it before, but after logging into my account in the front office, the taxes are being applied to the product list prices...and I don't want them to! It DOESN'T in the product page OR the cart, why is it doing it on the product list page?? Anyway, I thought it might be just a setting, but should I just go into the code and mess about instead of this hogwash? Thanks for your response, btw
  14. I'm experiencing this same problem in v.1.3.2.3. I'm getting incredibly frustrated with 'taxes' in PS altogether! Does anyone know what the problem here is. This happens when I'm logged in as a user with the billing/shipping address set to the taxed state. I've set the Default group to show tax excluded..but it STILL shows on my product list! What the heck??
