When I bring up the page and sign into the account the home page appears fine. But, when I click on a product it won't show the product page, the whole right side disappears including Zopim chat AND the Categories all disappear from the left side. (see attachments) When I go back to the home page, the data refills. Then when I try to pull up a product from the Category menu it tells me the category is empty. (see attachment) I clicked on infusions and potpourri it shows 1 product, jasmine tea, but again, when I click on Jasmine tea, no product info shows up. (see attachments) This error seems to have taken place since I installed CronTab which I have since uninstalled. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I reinstalled. This time I would prefer to try to work it out. Many thanks for your help. Nofia

I have another issue also that the currency exchange file for Europe excludes the shekel. I really would prefer an update from a bank that has shekel rates also.

I set up the Cron job and I get the following error in email: /bin/sh: http://www.jerusalemspicespace.com/cron.php?secure_key=?: No such file or directory I tried both addresses www.jerusalemspicespace.com/shop/cron.php and the address above and I get the same answer for both! Nofia

No. The image uploaded manually. But the point of using CSV is not to waste hours and hours.

I have already tried even photos in 300X300 pixels less than 300 KB each and they are in the img directory and they won't import from the CSV

I have no idea what I would fix and how. Nofia
