Hi we are running a B2B wholesale site and would like to be able to add more information about a customer. How would we go about adding new fields to enable us to manually enter extra information about the customer ie. company registration number, vat number and notes about the customer that will show up on the backend of the customer page. Any help would be appreciated

If you are having a blank cat box, try changing the name the your custom theme to prestashop then unistall the blockcat module and re install it, I have had simular problem and that seemed to fix it hope you get it fixed :-)

We have recently upgraded two of our sites to v1.1. But now on both sites 80% of the products are not showing the reduction amount just the full RRP, it is however showing in the backend in the each product, only when we save the product does this show in the front office. With over 1500 products this is now causing a real problem having to go into each product and save. I have logged this as a bug Is anybody else having the same problem & andy help in fixing this is aprreciated Thanks

We tried Magento, unless you have a science degree the backend is not very user friendly. Prestashop wins hands down, the only thing it needs is yes more selection of professional e-commence templates, our opinion is that the home page should have more on, enough to be able to draw the customer in and keep them on the site. So I would say that YES! There is a definitely need for more professional looking templates. ;-)

We tried downloading the ps_orders from our database but that doesn't work as the customer address is not listed within any of order tables on the database as the id_delivery_address within the ps_orders is just number.
