Hi. We recently got a module for credit card payments. The modules works this way, it sends encrypted information to the payment gateway. No payment is on my site and everything goes at the credit card office. But here's the problem, in my prestashop site is the product with tax, total is with tax and I want it to stay that way. BUT in the payment site wich belongs to the credit card company, the total is without tax! the module gets the price total from _PS_OS_PAYMENT_, $cart->getOrderTotal(), and $Vara_1_Verd = number_format(Tools::convertPrice($params['cart']->getOrderTotal(true, 4), $Gjaldmidill), 0, ',', ''); $carri = $params['cart']->getOrderShippingCost($params['cart']->id_carrier); $vorur = array(); $checkSumString = ''; $counter = 1; Can I change this ? the credit card company says' the easist way is to change the price of all products and don't include tax whatsoever with regards, Rob

okay, it was installed but I had to unhook, un-install and then install. then it worked, it hooks it self automaticly again to right position thanks Dave, over 9 thousands to you! solved!

I recently updated my shop to 1.4.4.1. But the login - my account module is not showing. I've tried delete the module, uninstall, transplant and moving it in liveedit.. but still, it won't show up on my site! Note that if I add to my cart and I buy, I'll have the option to log in.. but only then. I've been stuck on this for 2 days now, have only found 1 post and that did not solve this anyone in this same trouble or with the solution?

Okay. Here's the kicker. When you're going from 1.3 - > 1.4 it says in the manual that you copy the settings.inc.php from old to new. but, what's missing in that file was causing my shop not to show images. the following lines were not in my backup settings.inc.php ..... define('_MEDIA_SERVER_1_', "); define('_MEDIA_SERVER_2_', "); define('_MEDIA_SERVER_2_', "); define('_PS_CACHING_SYSTEM_', MCached'); define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLE_', '0'); ..... It says in one of the manuals I read to copy the file, but you should only input you're settings into the new settings.inc.php... or just use the old one and insert these <?

I updated from 1.3 to 1.4.4.1 this morning. I've: - regenerated the .htaccess - checked for images in /img/p - switched to new image system and regenerated a .htaccess - switched back, deleted the /img and uploaded from the backup - turned on legacy image system and regenerated a new htacces again but I still have no images for my products!

Hi, Thomas, I'm having the same problem. I have friendlyurl on, regenerated a new htcaccess.. I've "moved" and used the new image system, switched back to legamacy and uploaded the old img. but still I have no images... is it okay if I send you my BO and FTP so you can take a look into it ? pwease

Hey there. The accounter I use want's to know if the following procedures are possible: 1. Inventory list, one pdf with the inventory totals. Items, names, price and quantity. Periodically 2. A list of sold goods, one pdf with the total sold items, vat, total shipping and basicly the income. On one page and periodically. I'm using 1.3 and we can't seem to find a module capable of doing this, we have to do everything manually and in my country we have to file the VAT every 3 months..basicly we need that paper on no.2. Does someone have an opinion about this ? thanks,

I will look into this. If what you showed me works, I should be able to insert store information also and remove the "billing address" and have the store information at same location. I'm not at my workstation at the moment, I'll look into this tonight thank you

Hi. Would like to know if I can add sellers information to the invoice. Instead of billing address for an example, or next to it. it is required by law in Iceland that sellers information, vat and company number, and address is on the invoice. Will I have to buy a module or can I edit this information myself ?

nope, ...everything is currently alright. I can send a test email (And I receive the test mail), and my customer receives order & confirmation mail. but I, the storeowner, does not receive any mail... so when a new order is placed, I do not receive any information about that. Can anyone help ?

same problem here. Buyers get email, but I don´t. Have done this: Back Office >> Employees >> Contacts (set my email) Back Office >> Preferences >> Email (set my email server) Buyers can send me email via contact form and they receive their orders. But I don't get ANY mail regarding their orders
