  1. Of course, a bit of 'forum search' would have helped you faster, BUT... thank you for posing such a simple question that even a newcomer like 'yours truly' can answer easily :-P Go to: BackOffice | Preferences | Products | Number of days during which the product is considered 'new' There you can fix how OLD or YOUNG you prefer your products to be, so that in your homepage will appear only those products. Hope it helped... If yes, edit your initial post and put [sOLVED] in front of the title of your post. Yours truly, Angelo from Kolkata (Calcutta)
  2. Just a small bumper, after one whole month of silence... It should be helpful to many visitors/customers to be allowed to collapse blocks, with a small arrow up or down, like in the cart block. This is especially relevant for the seldom-used MyAccount block, that occupies such a big prime estate I guess the code should be there inside that, but 2 good php-eyes should look into it... Though I am wearing quite good html-spectacles ) I am afraid that I am a bit php-blind ( CIAO from Kolkata (Calcutta): Angelo
  3. I tried to google this "conseil utilisation from Bretagne" module but... with no good luck. Anybody else knows where to find it? It is a very important and useful addition to the PS detail page. In my particular case, I would like to put into this extra tab the ToC (Table of Contents) of each of my products (books). Of course, I am sure that everybody else would easily find a good use out of this extra tab module. Thank you from Kolkata (Calcutta) [/i]Angelo[/i]
  4. This was quite an interesting question and an elegant solution to find for a seemingly tough problem... However, nobody, after so many months, has picked up the challenge... Any taker ? Thank you ! Angelo from Kolkata
  5. Well, dear Rehan, if first you ask help and take the time of some expert to consider your query/problem, it is only natural that you explain HOW you have solved the problem IN DETAIL... Just quoting the file you have dealt with BUT not describing WHAT exactly you have done inside that file, does not help much in understanding the solution of your problem. Thus, in the future, if another person with the same or similar problem, while searching the forum, will find this thread and will get a detailed/clear exposition of HOW you solved the problem... this will definitively help him/her, for sure ) The free spirit of the open source in asking free help should be also in providing it (if & when we can). Thank you for a more clear explanation on how you solved your problem. Angelo from Kolkata
  6. SilverOK, Thank you for your input. However, myself, could not really understand much, from the quoted words of yours, what this message is all about. BUT... ... ... YES! Code for Collapsible blocks (like the small upward/downward small triangle in the official PS CartBlock) could be wonderful to have. I was thinking especially to the MyAccountBlock, which is occupying a lot of space. Anyone knows or have read anywhere in the forums about how to make any block collapsible? My searching could not find much ( Greetings to all ) Angelo from Calcutta
  12. So that everybody reading this thread understands what you are talking about (and perhaps can figure out if this could be helpful for him/her) it could be very nice if you could quote exact folder/file/line of the code in question. Thank you for your kind... precision Angelo from Kolkata, India
  13. I would love to know about ANY module capable to help on PS shipping matters ! Angelo from Kolkata (Calcutta)
  15. Oops! Sorry: I mixed up your goodnames :red: So, when applestarz will 'finalize', we will be able to consider the case closed and SOLVED. Angelo from Kolkata (Calcutta)
