If you have your store in other language you have to manually create folders for your language. Example : /modules/mailalerts/mails/gr/ And copy all files from /modules/mailalerts/mails/en ( English, and traslate them if needed). Otherwise prestashop mail alert 2.2 WILL NOT SEND EMAIL !

Thank you for your truncated instructions. But now not even one user is working.. Always gets this errror. employee does not exist, or bad password I can't login to store, not even as admin.

Please help. How did you import backup of your tables into the new tables. I'm trying to import in phpmyadmin and no luck..always gets error. Please help I’ve now gone to the extent of installing a completely fresh copy of 1.3.1 on a new database, copying the images folder and then importing the backup of my tables into the new database. This solves the images issue, but not the .404 when I click on any product or category. Getting a bit desperate here, can anyone help? Thanks!
