Fine, thanks for great job... but it is "PHPONLINE" live support, that is flash interface, I'm using it in other website...
It's nicer, but not better than craftysyntax (it's module available here too) ...
But both these live helps are not enough for prestashop users I think... Please, try to make a module with LIVEZILLA !!! it's a BEST LIVE HELP ))))))))))))

Why do you need a module for it if you just can copy the code and pasted anywhere that you want! I like phponline is very simple it has all that you need plus only 3 tables for your db :-)

Keeps telling me that the tab does not exist.
Looks like it is not saving home when I go back and look at the tab.

Did you follow the instructions?
Ok if you open the folder: adminXXX and tab you will find this file AdminOnLine.php just upload that to you admin/tab directory and when you are creating the new tab like it shows in the image or the instructions you have to name the class AdminOnLine and thats it the name of the tab can be anything that you want just the class name have to be "AdminOnLine"
Did anybody else had problems with it?

You know you also can customize the Online and Offline images so it can match with your site and edit the frame around it
