Hi everyone,
On the PrestaShop beta3 we fixed a lot of issues linked to UTF-8 translations and in that way we upgraded the PS translation engine.
As a result, no language packs will work anymore with PrestaShop versions newer than 1.1.0.2 (1.1beta2).
If you want them back (and I'm sure you do) you'll have to go to: BO >> Tools >> Translations and for all translation "types" >> Edit >> Save
Such action will convert your old translations to our new system ;-)
