I can't verify my site with google webmaster tool

I hope some one can help me, no matter what ever try i can't verify my site with google webmaster.

I have tried to upload htm file and verify - verfication failed

I have tried to add meta tag to hede.tpl - verificatin still failed.


I am really not sure what is the problem with my site, why i can't get verify?


My another concern is my site URL display without www prefix and indexed in google like this http://gadgetfind.com.au

complete URL suppose to be http://www.gadgetfind.com.au , and should indexed with "www"

I haven't had any problems verifying Google Webmaster on my website. I'm using the CM Verify Me! module here to do it for me.

i put in module "CM Verify Me!" the code from verification via meta tag plncVIjerEHp3PBcBXPjh520QMbELt62OFwRpmzG5j0 (<meta name="google-site-verification" content="plncVIjerEHp3PBcBXPjh520QMbELt62OFwRpmzG5j0" />
When I want to verify it by webmaster i get error it is impossible. What I'm doing wrong?

I also had this problem and couldn't get CM Verify Me to work. I called up my hosting technical support and the following advice they gave me worked perfectly.

Google gives you several options for verifcation.

1. Choose the option to download an html file.

2. Upload this html file to (your site)/myshop/prestashop.

3. Confirm successful upload by visiting the site which Google details in its instructions

4. click verify below.

That is it. It took me about 3 minutes in total and my site www.thera-bands.co.uk is now verified. Hooray!!
