Now that we have an official translation (mine wasn't too bad, but I did notice one minor mistake!) any word on the referral programme? Is it to be included in 1.1?

Thanks for your hardworking to realize this update.

One question: do I have to use a fresh install for this new one? Or can I overwrite my existing files and use the upgrade sql?
If so, will there no files be deleted?

I don't see any news on the site about beta 3, and I'm also trying to find a detailed change log, as well as upgrade instructions.
