[THEME] True Blue Slash Theme

Sorry couldnt come up with a better name lol!!
This is my first contribution of many I dont really know what i was thinking when i put this one together today but hopefully someone will like it LOL only thing i prefered to do was to have the permanent link block in the left or panel instead of top of page because it looked more effective this way but you may have your own view and like it in the top up to you really. Any issues with this theme let me know :) If you want to change anything let me know and i will try and help you as much as i can.

Heya what version? That one doesnt work anymore its old as it was for 1.0 will update it for the new version and the rc tomorrow if you pm me your email address i'll flick it through to you once its done.
