where we can edit the "new products, top sellers, and specials" that is located in right side (default theme)

Ok, to manage products, nothing to do, the modules do everything alone.
To manage design global.css single file of your template allows it.

You cannot edit top sellers or new products these are controlled by prestashop when you add new products and when your customers buy products.

When you first open your shop you wont have any top sellers as you will not have sold anything.

The link i put above it another posts explains quite simply how to add products to the specials block, don't think i can explain it any easier.
