(SOLVED) alignment of logo in the homepage

Dear forum,

today i would like to place a logo on the right side of my text on the homepage (the text is aligned on the left side).
I tried to import an image with the editor for the homepage but it doesn't word. Any idea?

If you mean your main header logo you can upload it from
BO> Preferences> Appearance

And to move it to the right open your global.css file located in /themes/your theme/css
and search for h1#logo
change the float: left; to float: right;

Sorry, i didn't express myself very clear...

I changed the float option as you said and my image didn't chnage.
I also tried to build a table and insert the image in the colum line, that didn't work. for the tables is also the problem that you can always see the borders. My border is on"0" but that doesn't change anything...

I have a text and next to the text i want to put a logo. Is there no solution in the module of the homepage editor?

I can see no way of doing that. Where did you get the theme? Please contact the theme author for this information.

As I said, what theme is it and where did ti come from? I may be able to help but I need to know about the theme.

i used a div tag and a flaot right option and it worked out!!!
