[SOLVED] Shipping by weight won't calculate on every 5th product

I've set up a shipping table by weight at http://www.cicciabella.com/presta/. I feel like this should be an easy fix but I'm not sure where to start because it's not a module and it's so strange. Every time I add a 5th item to the cart (regardless of the weight) it acts as if it's gone outside the weight limit (by either disabling and only showing handling fees or by showing highest price shipping according to the setting I've chosen) and then goes back to normal by the next product. This happens on the 5th, 10th, 15, and 20th product. I haven't kept going because obviously it's an incremental thing. Does anyone have experience with this?

Make sure that your shipping ranges overlap. For example, 0-1, 1-2, etc not 0-0.9 1-1.9, etc.
