I need help on two issues, someone should please tell me;

1). How do I enable/allow .swf to be uploaded as my front home-page image?
2). I don’t want Postal / ZIP code compulsory on my customer form, how do I disable the field?

For the .swf file add it to the editor under the movie icon I believe in modules -> home featured module.
