When i cancel an order, the amount of the shipment remains in the order, giving the shop a sales profit of the shipment even if the order is cancelled. The cancelled order also remains in the statistics of the shop.
Can someone help me out??

Is there someone who has managed to fix this without upgrading to version 1.3.2??

Its probably not a good solution at all, but you can use the module "delete single order". Then you get rid of the order completely. Can be done in the db too if im not wrong.
Sorry if i brought up an old thread but i was myself just searching for the answer to this problem and i see that its still no fix out for it even though the problem has existed since the PS start.
Some smart person can maybe help us with a module/tool that can fix this?
Best regards
Peter
