PrestaSweet 1.2 for Prestashop 1.0 Final Stable

¡Hola!

I'm proudly to release the new version of PrestaSweet theme. This theme is a sweet modification of the default prestashop theme. Only a few images and a couple of tpl's and css's are tweaked in this release. This release is fully compatible with Prestashop 1.0.0.8 (aka 1.0 stable).

Here are the links for download. There is 2 versions. The first doesn't have the logo hack, the second have it.

I have tested this release in IE7, FF2, FF3 and Safari 3. I will not give any support for IE6, sorry for any inconvenience.

The file prestasweetv12w.rar (with logo hack) contains the whole theme "prestashop" modified. To install it, you only have to do two things, UNRAR and copy/upload the folder "prestashop" in your " www_root_files/themes " directory (www_root_files = where index.php is located).

The file prestasweetv12w-o.rar (without logo hack) contains only the modifications of theme "prestashop" (footer.tpl - css folder - img folder - config folder). To install it, you only have to do two things, UNRAR and copy/upload the folders and files in your " www_root_files/themes/prestashop " directory (www_root_files = where index.php is located).

i want to fix the bug in internet explorer 7.
in firefox there is no problem.
but in IE7 the price come out the box.

how can i fix this?
is there a ccs file? and do you know what code?

ps. the theme is from Apprentice.

and is it possible to change to green collor to blue?
because i like to keep the cart picture at the background and if i change it the cart shows only half of the collor
when 10 products added.

I have tested (by my hand) this theme in FF3, Safari 3 and IE7 and i don't have the problems you have. The special block is working and showing the price correctly. The paypal logo is centered in all these browsers. And i added 10 products in the cart block and the color is good. What version are you using? Try the Without Backgrounds version.


If you want to change the cart color you have to edit the block_exclusive_***.jpg images and edit the global.css at line 900:

div.exclusive .block_content { background: #82b609 url('../img/block_exclusive_bg2.jpg') repeat-x bottom left; .... for Block Special

and at line 1245:

#cart_block .block_content { padding: 0.6em; background:#82b609 url('../img/block_exclusive_bg.jpg') repeat-x bottom left; } for Block Cart

Look for these lines and others lines above or below and change any color code if needed.

The files that i edited were CSS/GLOBAL.CSS IMG/*.* CONFIG/CONFIG.XML & PREVIEW.JPG

and just like you said.
in FF3 the block price is normal. but in IE7 the price comes out.
i think this is een bug in the version.

but i wil download it again.
the paypal logo is not centered at all. i want it to be absolute middle.
where can i do that?

Well, in IE7 i see the whithout logo version like this. Do you have any plugins or mods in IE7 or prestashop?

No absolute no mod.
do you overide the original prestashop theme with te whithout version?
or do you use the whole map.
because i dont overide it.
i use and rename the prestasweet to prestashop 2

Yes, this is a modification of the original prestashop theme and you must override the prestashop default theme.

You have to download the without logo hack version and copy all the content of this zip in the themes/prestashop folder, overriding of course. (themes/prestashop = where prestashop is the name of the theme)

So, you will have the original prestashop *.tpl and the *.css and *.images of the prestasweet theme. This must will work without any bug.

but the css files also override the original.
but i found the problem of the template css.
everything is working fine now.

i have two last questions.
where do you add the info in the footer en de information block?
like about us, contact, shipping, disclaimer and that kind off stuff?
this is my last step to release my site.
and the second bar mod wil not allign and it override the welkom and login.

do you know the fix?

First Question:

I have no idea because i don't use prestashop (i don't have any eShop). You can edit the modules via code, these modules are in the /modules/ folder. I think is better than you read the documentations or ask in another forum place.

An example for the footer block:

/modules/blockvariouslinks/blockvariouslinks.tpl (for edit the template of this block)
/modules/blockvariouslinks/de.php (for edit deustch language)
