Not sure if it's going to be easy to install as I've not looked at it since I wrote it.... There's a readme.html file in the zip file with some vague instructions though :cheese: (basically a copy of the module control pane Help text).

Edit: Not a clue why it doesn't like the zip file, but I've replaced it with a 7z version instead, which has better compression anyway, I'll maybe start using that by default :)

Is it possible to implement a module using
http://www.plugoo.com
Customer can communicate with you via msn so no need to be logged on your backend.
This is the code required to be include in the module:
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" id="plugoo" data= "http://www.plugoo.com/plg.swf?go=plugo_id_here" width="140" height="300"> </object>
Plugo ID could be made configurable from PrestaShop Backend.
I have it working on my site based on Joomla.

I have downloaded the latest software from craftysyntax (2.15.0) and put it onto my server in the modules folder as instructed. I have checked the back office and it is there ready to install. When attemting to install http://www.unibezel....yntax/setup.php
I get an internal server error 500. I thought this was because i didnt install the software in the back office, so I installed it in the back office and still get the same error.
Any help please

Hi
Yes I did. Should be an envelope. Just make sure that your files attributes have been 755 in modules/cs_livehelp/ and recurse to all sub directories. Also make sure that ALL files have been uploaded. Sometimes they dont.
Also, silly question, but have you created a seperate mysql database or are you using the shop one? I used a seperate one and it went ok without a problem. I presume you got the setup screen on install when you went to the install screen?
Any other info, let me know and im sure we can break the buggers back :)
