I created a good module for billing later (for customers that don't pay as they order, rather are billed later for their purchases).

I created it by modifying the COD module.

No guarantees that this will work for you, as I'm an amateur at this.
But it does work for me :)

Comments from those that downloaded it? Does it work for you?

NOTE: I made an error in the original php file, and left the old copyright for the COD .jpg image intact in the comments. If you use the module, please delete that copyright. It should read:
/*copyright 9-08 Angela Kimble for use by PrestaShop as required,  by permission of the photographer */
