newbie having problems

Hi,

I just downloaded your store to test today and am having some problems with hopes you can help me.

1. If I make an order and use the coupon (5 uses per person) it works fine but if I put another item in the cart and click the "Add to cart" button on this page:

I get this error:

There is 1 error :
invalid token

If I click on the "view" button and then add the product to the cart from this page:
http://www.designhos...dcc-memory.html

Then it works fine except the price has included tax and it's not suppose to. I am really confused about this tax and believe I have it setup correctly but there is not suppose to be any tax charged since I have the tax set for the state of arkansas and my test account is setup for alaska. When I click to checkout the price in the cart is correct so why is it showing differently on the viewed product page?

2. Also, further down the page here http://www.designhos...dcc-memory.html the text is scrunched up under the accessories buttons. How would I fix it?

3. This product for instance does not have an add to cart button at all and says:
Availability:The product does not exist in this model. Please choose another.

This product is in the memory category and has 70 as the quantity.

4. Can you have write-in attributes like monogrammed initials that a customer can write-in?

5. If you have an attribute called memory with 3 listings of 1GN, 2GB, and 3GB can these individual listings be assigned either an increase or decrease of price to the base price? This is another confusion for me.

Are there any detailed documents on how to use and setup the admin that I could read through?
