I'm using Prestashop 1.2.5
I'm thinking to do a promotion for 2 similar products.
Product A and Product B.
When ever customer add Product A and Product B into cart, it will auto discount for certain % or amount.
Is prestashop have this function?

No, Prestashop does not have this feature. The only module I'm aware of that may do what you want is the Better Together module.
