Anyone know if Prestashop can do like this or I need a new module to do

1. The product's prices are all hidden by default
2. For non-register users, when they click on a product, a popup window shown to ask them to login first
3. After login, the product prices are still hidden
4. Until users click on a product, that product's price will be shown, but the shown price is reduced by some amount (for example, reduced by 1 cent), the more users click on that product, the more the price will be reduced.
(it's a game for kids to learn eCommerce )
