It looks like JQuery and TinyMCE aren't installed on your Prestashop. Make sure that all the files in the js directory in the root of Prestashop uploaded correctly.

Anyone know exactly what folders/files I would need to upload and overwrite that would be responsible for this editor.

Hi,

Just to let you know that, I deleted PS, re-uploaded all files to server and reinstall, it's working fine now.

Just upload the contents of the prestashop downloaded folder using FTP.

If you upload the ZIP file and extract it in the server, It doesn't extract every file and thats the problem.

Goodluck.

We have also solved this, not how, but a full reinstall did the trick. This is odd because the only files that are required for this WYSIWYG to work were uploaded from a stock install, but that did not fix the issue. It actually required a FULL reinstall.
