Paypal and No order showing help please???

I am using PS 1.1.0.5 and using paypal module version 1.4 with no problems at all for the last 10 months or so and then today no order has shown in BO or order confirmation from PS only a payment confirmation e-mail from paypal, my orders show that now 1 order is missing now. Nothing has changed from last night until today.

Any ideas on what this could be please.???
