Editing Fennecs template problems

Hello everyone,
this is the first time I use prestashop CMS and I have some difficulties. For this project ( www.aldica.com ) I'm trying to use Fennecs template but I just can't make things the way I want.
So I have 3 (stupid) questions about this template:

1. How can I make the header bigger, to be able to put bigger logo? Just can't figure it out...

2. How to make NEW PRODUCTS block show on the main page ?

3. How to make Top sellers and specials blocks to show at the bottom of the page ?

1. To make header bigger edit this code line76

#header {}

add

height:70px;
      padding-top:5em;

you may change this according your logo.

10x :) it works but the categories bar stays where it is now. I'll try to make this by my own, but I really need help with the blocks that doesn't show.
Anyone got some Ideas where should I look for the problem ?

Yes :) I managed to configure the blocks so they apear, but the new products block is not where it should be. How can I put it next to the slideshow ?
