Hello everyone.

Now I have searched and searched and searched, and I simply can not figure out how a customer creates an RMA case. I have suggested RMA, but when you walk under my RMA matters in my account menu, so it says just that you do not have any RMA Authorized søren what should I do?

Nor can I change the stock status manually, and not written down the warehouse when an order is made. Auto stock is turned on?

To last so I get a javascript error on product.php, making that I can not use ajax to put things in the basket.

you can "return" products to stock and raise a credit note and/or voucher
An RMA number is not provided by PS

I cannot write the stock-field at the Back office at a product thats allready there. I go catalog->product->edit And why doesnt the stock change on its own when i has bin activated?

What is the RMA part of the users account fore then?
