Carrier Weight increment charge

Hello,

By default Prestashop Shipping module supports weight ranges. Is it possible to do the following in prestashop? 

For carriers X if the total weight is 0<=weight<=2 charge 4$.

If weight>2 the charge weight*2$

 

 

What i really need is a way to assign a value in money for each kg if the total weight of the order is greater than 2kg. I can't use the weight range feature. If you have any ideas or know a plugin that does the job please let me know.
