mehere Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 (edited) Hello everybody, I receive the error mentioned in the title "There are no carriers available which can deliver the following products to your address" but everything seems to be correctly set as follows: I created a new zone called Europe 1 and activated it I activated Spain and assigned it to zone Europe 1 in one of the carrier I use I checked the box to activate zone Europe 1 and filled in all shipping costs for each weight class Product's shipping tab is filled in with both carriers and weight/dimensions details Followed these instructions carefully http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Managing+Shipping When a customer selects a spanish address for delivery receives the error anyways.
