ChoiGems Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 Hello I have an unusual problem. 1) Installed Prestashop on a Bluehost account it was working ok. 2) Moved the installation to a new account and domain but within Bluehost. That they were both bluehost accounts does not matter i guess as they were DIFFERENT users of Bluehost. 3) The original Bluehost shop was at www.siamfrc.com/shop 4) The new one is at www.choistone.com/shop. When I put the new URL, it goes to www.siamfrc.com/shop. I am aware that I need to change the domain and URL. So I went through the steps (screen shot attached) but, cannot find the domain URL values at all. The list went to 2 screens and I checked both but, no sign of the place where the old domain (siamfrc.com) shows at all. Can someone help please. Regards. I searched a lot but, did not know that the domain change can be implemented before making the move - I mean do it through Admin login in the original installation. Thanks any way.
