No error popup on product page

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the error given when the max quantity is reached.

I used this solution (http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/325631-solved-limit-quantity-order-for-all-products/) to limit the max quantity to 3 per products. This works good, but:

 

When on the cart summery page and get the quantity of a product up from 1 to 4, I get a nice popup with the message.

When on the product page, and click 4 times on the add to cart button, I get a ugly redirect to a page.

How can I fix it, so I get a popup on the product page to?

Nobody? Can somebody please explain me then what the process is of putting a product in a cart. I see the button is calling the CartController, is that the place where it is actually added to the cart?

ajax cart is enabled?

it looks like it's disabled

Ajax is enabled in the Module -> Cart setting.
