Multiple lines of pricing in the buy box

Hi,

 

Does anyone know of a module or method to show multiple lines with pricing with more info in the buybox.

 

We need to be able to show up four options, preferably with the price shown as per screen grab attached.

 

I know we can have the radio button type option as per the second screen grab attached, but ideally would prefer the price displayed so the the customer does not have to click on the button to find out the price.

 

I do know there are modules that can show price options in a table, but I'm really after one that will show up in the buy box.

 

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.
