Module from module generator not working

Hi,

I've used https://validator.prestashop.com/generator to generate very basic module. I installed module and observed following:

After I switch from no to yes and fill email and password fields and click save, data is saved in database. However, switch field returns to no regardless of database field being set to 1. What is even worse, as soon as I go back to modules list and click on configure, module configuration shows and data in database is set to null for all module fields.

 

Is this expected behavior or should I modify generated code in order to:

1. Switch stays green after clicking save,

2. Preserve data in database and load it on clicking configure?
