[SOLVED] Anchor text in authentication.tpl

I'd like to add a link to the contact form, under the country box:

 

<span class="If your country is not on the list, <a href="http://xx.xx/contact-us">Contact Us</a>'}</span>

 

However it doesn't work like this.. how could I do it?

My mistake was to copy line that I have found before, it worked in other place so I thought it will when I'll change the place.
