Reina Posted October 23, 2014 Share Posted October 23, 2014 I use prestashop 1.4.4.1 to administrate my web store and when I go to stat tab from my backoffice to check the sales status, it gives me errors on list of days, showing "0 orders" and "0 products sales". However, actually there has been orders and products sales, which have been made on the same day and gives the proper stats on the following list for the day, just underneath the errors. I don't know why this error keeps appearing on my list. Can someone please help on this problem? or have any ideas, what seems to be the problem that occurs this error? Thanks Regards, Jeong.
