Disable module for certain screen resolution 1.5.4?

Is it possible to disable module for certain screen resolution in 1.5.4?

I want to disable some modules for mobiles.

prestashop 1.5 hasn't got feature to disable modules on some devices.

but you can achieve it with css media queries (in fact, this will hide only html output, whole logic will be executed)

Yes, I know about "display:none"  but as you said it only hide html output and not reducing the size of resulting page.

I'll bump the tread. Do you know how to disable the module - advanced search bar in my case infor certain resolution ?

 

In my case i do have a advanced search bar whcich is filtering item by colour size etc.

I do have it in the left column for the desktop , and would like to have another one on the top of the page , and enable it only on a phone tablet resolution - so I can have a searchbar in central column on a mobile device as there is no left bar diplayed.

How do I acheave that ?
