Uploaded files but no install page, form or link

Hi there

Help please. I have uploaded the Prestashop files and folders to my subdomain but nothing is showing on the page except

• cgi-bin/

Apache/2.2.27 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.27 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_perl/2.0.6 Perl/v5.10.1 Server at shop.omahome.co.uk Port 80"
I can not go beyond this page as the link thereafter simply says "Access forbidden". I can't get to any install form or next step. I am hosting on Crazydomains.com.

is the subdomain actually working? what if you get rid of presta and upload a test html page that prints out like "this is my page"?

If that works, try changing all presta's folders' permission to 777

Hi Nemo1, thanks for coming back to me.

 

I went in to see what is in the subdomain. It works as I have redirected the main domain to point at my basic moonfruit page but the subdomain comes back to the cgi-bin. In FileZilla the cgi-bin folder uploaded is empty. I created databases for two different domains and omahome, omabikes and for the subdomain shop.omahome.co.uk but the one for shop.omahome is empty. What should be in it? Also the Access-logs directory failed to retrieve directory listing.

I went back and deleted everything and went into Crazydomains only to find that they have it as a one-click setup app. Thanks
