Problem sending Emails

Hello,

 

I know this title sounds like it was discussed a thousand times before, but I read through really a lot of articles and didn't find a solution for my problem.

 

I have two prestashops running on exactly the same servers - one for staging the other is production. Everything works fine on staging, The only difference between these two installations is that production uses a SSL certificate.

 

For the Email settings I tried using the php mail() function and a mandrill SMTP, both are not working, BUT I am able to send test emails, so my smtp configuration should be fine, so I am quite sure it has something to do with the SSL. Did anyone experience this problem before?

Hi.

 

You need to supply more information:-

 

• Can we assume that the 2 installs of your stores are on separate domains?
• Can we assume that one is not a sub domain of the other?
• Can we assume that you are using production @ & staging @ each being @ the relative domain?
• Can we assume that you have checked for any server side restrictions and server error logs?
• Can we assume that the SSl is domain specific?
