PrestaShop 1.6.0.9 fresh install - no back office access

Hello community,

 

have just successfully installed PrestaShop 1.6.0.9. Front Office is loading, but Back Office not - only blank page with this message:

 

 

Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'controllers/modules/login_addons.tpl' <-- thrown in /mnt/webp/d3/29/53476829/htdocs/prestashop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129

 

Can anybody help how to get PrestaShop allowing me to enter Back Office area?

Check if the /your_admin_folder/themes/default/template/controllers/modules/login_addons.tpl template exists and its size is about 3.6k.

I have the same problem, I can not access the back office, I was directed to www.domainame.com/index.php 

 

How do I solve this problem

I have the exact same error as adsubia. Just a white screen (front-end working) and that fatal error when i log in to the back-office.

Whoops!

 

I found the mistake i made: somebody changed the admin351 to a personal name. Somehow the admin351 didnt remove but copy.

 

So my advice: Check if you try to log in on a admin panel that is just an empty map.

Did you try to install the latest version 1.6.1.8 and got a blank page? Can you enable Debug mode to see the error?

i met the similar ,maybe the problem is the language, there is no translations for your local,

you can rename the translation,then login to the back office,set the language to english.
