Changed hosting provider complete mess Help?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

First time I posted but no way first time I've been on this forum looking for answers/help. So i've had Prestashop up and running for 2.5 years on Bluehost. (at the time it was an official Prestashop sponser, I think). Yesterday I made the switch to iWFhosting, the domain and registrar etc etc all moved over to them. They copied the content of my website and moved it over to their servers, but when they flipped the switch they keep getting a 500 error:

[04-Oct-2014 15:01:45 US/Eastern] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method StMegaMenu::getCacheId() in /home/farmmanu/public_html/modules/stmegamenu/stmegamenu.php on line 2537

They think it might be a module causing the issue, I already contacted the developer but I also want to ask the community here. The new host provider uses PHP 5.4.31. I know it's a long shot but can anyone share similar situations and what you did to resolve them?

Thank you

EDIT: I meant I contacted the developer of the theme module I bought some time back.

Hi Nemo1,

My new hosting provider only sent me that line:

[04-Oct-2014 15:01:45 US/Eastern] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method StMegaMenu::getCacheId() in /home/farmmanu/public_html/modules/stmegamenu/stmegamenu.php on line 2537

and nothing else. They updated 1.5.6.2 to the current 1.6.0.9 version because they could not figure it out.

Thank you
