Backoffice SSL warning only in dashboard

Hello,

I'm getting the SSL warning at BackOffice dashboard page (The connection to this website is not fully secured because it contains unencrypted elements, such as images), but it only happens there, on all the other tabs and BackOffice pages it's ok (the connection to this website is fully secure). This is on the address bar of course.

Does anyone know how can I fix this error?

I'm using prestashop 1.6.0.9 clean install.

Thank you!

Hi Nutxlago!

No, it's the BackOffice dashboard, there's nothing but what it comes with the normal installation. No extra images or else. The only images that appear there are the icons called by the dashboard modules.

When the page starts loading it's ok, (while the activity overview column shows by itself) the lock icon on the address bar shows correctly, but it changes to the warning icon as soon as "Dashboard, Your Forecast, and Product and Sales (the modules on the right side of the page) finish loading.

Thank you!

if you are using Chrome or Firefox, press F12 on your keyboard and open the Console.  Then reload your dashboard and see if there are any warnings displayed.

Also in Firefox, you can click the little globe on the left side of the address bar, then click the more information button.  Then click on the Media tab and you will see a listing of all the media that is loaded.  This will help you determine which files are loading via HTTPS or HTTP.

Hi Bellini13, I did so. Everything was loading via HTTPS or relative links, I finally removed the full third column (news, tips of the day, etc.) from dashboard's .tpl file and that made the warning disappear.

Thank you!

I didn't mark the topic as solved because I'm sure that removing the column is not the best fix.
