Payment when switch currency.

Hi,

The first, sorry about my english.

This is my issue.

I'm using Prestashop version 1.6.0.5 . My default currency is Euro, and I also use Dollar. I use Redsys module to payment.

I have a example: a customer has products in his cart, cost : 100 Euro. Then he switch the currency to Dollar. Now, cost : 130 Dollars. He get check-out, When he in 5th step, he click "Pay with credit card",  the page go https://sis.redsys.es . The error is occured with currency, it's 130 Euro instead of 130 Dollars or 100 Euro..

 

Please help me !!!

there seem to be 'several' redsys modules.  addon's from redsys...

 

where did you get the module?  as it seems the one you have either only 'knows' Euros, or else is not working properly.

 

if you only sell in EU zone, then disable us dollars until you can resolve.

Thank you for your answer.

We bought it in addons.Prestashop.com/ . I need to exactly know this error that belong to this module or others. 

When I use Bank Wire or COD, they get correct value..

I contacted to the developer, who provide this module, and they said that there are no problem with their modules.

What can I do?
