The 'star' is next to the box but it still lets you proceed without selecting a state from the drop down list. This then gives our customers free shipping as the shipping charges are done via states. I don't want to disable the guest checkout, as after enabling it, we have seen an increase in sales. When a customer logs in and uses the 5 step method, it makes you select a state. Website is www.ergonomicessentials.com.au Any help would be appreciated. Also the phone box lets you proceed even without any numbers in the box, how do i fix this too? Thanks in advance.
