After testing the database connexion : OK The .ini file was created successfully : OK I got an error (at 12% of the progression bar) when creating tables in databases I checked with phpmyadmin, I can see a lot of tables... (last table is "ps_zone_shop") may be it is at the end of the script or at the beginning of the next one... what is the next step to try to understand the issue. In the version 1.5.6.2, in "system compatibility" step, I got the message compatibility with your system verified : OK 1 line after : PHP magic quotes option is activated. I call & push... but they don't want... and this may cause issue to others... so I can understand... Do you have a bypass solution ? Otherwise I will not be able to use PS... Thanks in advance... Christophe maybe just bail and get other hosting...if this issue today, what about tomorrow? and thinking because of this issue other will ecommerce solutoin might work, is probably be a bad assumption and we can't make it work for you so you stay with ps. hosting is a commodity, if one does not support you or your environment, then kick them to the curb my two cents Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
