ventesites Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi I am using PS 1.6.9, first install, just open the store, a customer places an order, 2 items, invoice shows 12.... He paid with Paypal for the 2 items he bought, Paypal invoice is correct showing only the 2 items, in my db unwanted items show up in ps_order_detail as if they had been ordered ! I am pulling my hairs, don't know where to look for to solve this big problem... All hints and help welcomed ! I am in a deep mess here..... ventesites Posted September 17, 2014 Author Share Posted September 17, 2014 i had tests orders but i didn't delete any until yesterday when i opened my store and my problem started. my site is a migration Zencart->Prestashop, i imported all orders from Zencart, don't know if it could be the problem, anyway i have deleted all previously imported orders in all tables starting with ps_order. once cleaning was done, i had deleted everything from Zencart and of course kept orders placed on Prestashop, last real order has the id_order 20124253 but the table ps_order_detail keep adding orders, now it goes to ID_order 20124287.... each automatic generated id_order contains various amount of products, for example ID_order 20124281 contains 1 product while ID_order 20124283 contains 6 products. none of those "fake orders" show in my back office, only in the database. those fakes id_order do not show in other tables. I don't get it, why is this table ps_order_detail creating orders like that? when order goes through Paypal (express checkout) everything is fine, invoice shows exactly what the customer bought and paid, there are no unwanted products at all....
