HH Services Limited Posted September 9, 2014 Author Share Posted September 9, 2014 Fixed: disabling the paypal express checkout button option in BO made it!!! This feature when enabled redirects customers to paypal, then back to shop where the problem occurs. In many cases customers think that after paying on paypal everything is done, but is not...since they have to complete the process in the ps shop... This makes things slower, complicated, confusing and in some cases leading to errors....
