bloomingbabes Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 I am shop owner that has some programming knowledge that had a professional programmer modify a theme to create my e-commerce website. I recently realized that my back office is not accessible from my company's PC and only from my MAC. Every time I go to log into the back office the login refreshes itself and does not redirect to back office. If I click the "lost password" link, the entire login box flips to read backwards. After reading various forums =, someone suggested I update to new version, so I enabled the "1-click Upgrade" module and upon installation, I lost all the modifications that were made to the customizable theme. Can anyone recommend a solution? My ultimate goal is to be able to access the back office from my work PC. Thanks, in advance, for any advise!
