subwayside Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Hi, i'm using ps 1.6.9.0 and when i go to payment page after then i pay through any payment like paypal after then on paypal payment page when i refuse the payment or close the browser tab. but an successful order is created in ps backoffice. what should i do please help anyone Thanks. subwayside Posted September 1, 2014 Author Share Posted September 1, 2014 problem is when i confirm any order from front office as a buyer then i canceled payment at payment page but order received in my back office as payment accepted but payment was canceled. and customer also receive email for order confirmation. please help how can i solve it.
