Danielfsp Posted August 28, 2014 Share Posted August 28, 2014 (edited) Hello Presta users! I am experiencing some trouble installing the Google analytics module (ganalytics). After i uninstalled it and tried to install it again it just keep saying something like "this module is aldready installed". In the backoffice it still shows as uninstalled, but its module folder shows up when I look through FTP. So I can delete the module, install it again and still get the message about it's aldready installed. The only difference is when i look through my ftp client, the module creates the ganalytics folder in the module folder everytime i press install, even if it says it can't install.
