matteovi77 Posted August 21, 2014 Share Posted August 21, 2014 Hi to everyone, I've developed a prestashop site with the 1.4 version. The client asked for an upgrade so i decide to do the thing in my website using my host and using my db. While in my site it all go smooth ( http://www.mzstudio.net/four/ ) when i upgrade the shop for my client using same default theme (bootstrap) i see that a lot of things changed and the results was not the expected one ( http://www.fourgym.it ). For example the slideshow doesn't appear, neither the banner (don't' pay attention on the images cause i will fix it when all the stuff are set well). PuntoSex Posted August 21, 2014 Share Posted August 21, 2014 When upgrading, you have a few options. Selecting one or deselecting, can lead to this.I've done a few upgrades in tests sites. Two options are to disable the overrides and non-native modules. Have you checked if they after the upgrade they are disabled? If not, to solve this, what i would do, if i had a backup (and i always do a backup before a version upgrade) restore it, and try again paying more attention to the options in the upgrade. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
