install prestashop on a differend language error

I finally install prestashop on my domain but on the defaul (english) language there is no problem at all

but when I install the shop on a differend language all works fine to but after the installation when i connect to the shop it faced me just with a white screen and i can't connect to the shop and or to the admin panel 

 

is there any body facing the same problem ?

 

would be great if any body can help because i need it to install on a differend language

or install english, then import your language pack under  localization, and disable english

ok after a fresh install under a differend language i got this error :
